Sporting events always draw big crowds in and around Charlotte. From NFL football to NASCAR, Charlotte has it all. Charlotte is home to two major professional sports teams: the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League and the newly-returned Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association.
