Billy Graham came back to Charlotte today to rededicate the Billy Graham Library. William “Billy” Graham is a world renowned evangelist who was born on a dairy farm near Charlotte, NC. He has had a personal audience with many sitting US Presidents starting with Harry S. Truman.
